Refunds

  • We offer full refunds within 48 hours once we verify that the product is not working as described.

  • To be eligible, customers must provide video evidence showing the issue (e.g., device not powering on, not charging, or not responding).

  • Once our support team reviews and approves the evidence, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Returns

  • In most cases, defective products do not need to be returned if video evidence is provided.

  • If our team requires a return for further inspection, we will provide return instructions.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Exclusions

Refunds and returns will not be issued for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or modifications.

  • Issues caused by not following the product’s usage instructions.

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
